Josh founded BuyWise in 2020 after years of planning while working with major institutions in the valuation, banking and acquisitions space. He has a unique skill set gained from multi-disciplinary tertiary education and experience in both the Property and Finance sectors. Over the last 14 years, Josh built a successful career as a Generalist Property Valuer, Business Banking Manager, Buyers Advocate and Development Manager. The pinnacle of his career (until now) was being promoted to the Head of Buyers Advocacy - Australia with JLL, Australia’s largest property services firm.

Josh has a happy and relaxed disposition, and he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He’s a people person with a knack for simplifying the complex.

Josh guides BuyWise clients through the property acquisition process by firstly taking the time to understand their needs beyond the obvious. Along the way, he ensures understanding at every turn to not only teach wise principals but provide peace of mind to his clients.

Underneath it all, Josh is a family man. He and his wife Nicole have two beautiful kids, Ben and Lara who are, and will always be priority #1.
